Inquiry & Needs Analysis
Tell us your business type (hotel, bakery, supermarket, etc.), required capacities, voltage, and any special custom needs. Our sales engineer will reply within 24 hours with initial recommendations.

Quotation & Solution Confirmation
We provide a detailed quotation including model, specifications, customization options (logo, color, shelves), warranty terms, and delivery time. After your confirmation, we send a Proforma Invoice (PI).

Sample or Pre-production Approval (Optional)
For large or customized orders, we can produce a pre-production sample or provide a video walk-through of a similar unit. You can also arrange a third-party inspection before mass production.

Order Deposit & Production
A 30% deposit is required to start production. We share a production schedule and update you weekly. Mass production typically takes 20–35 days depending on order size and custom features.

Quality Check, Balance Payment & Shipping
Before packing, we perform a final quality control check (with photos/videos upon request). After your balance payment, we arrange sea/air/rail freight and prepare all export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.).

After-sales Support & Spare Parts
Once you receive the goods, we provide remote installation guidance, technical support, and a 2-year warranty. Spare parts (compressors, controllers, door gaskets) can be shipped within 24 hours for urgent cases.
